Drop Cap
The Problem.
How can we synthesize an individual's personality into a drop cap that signifies their interests, their aesthetic, and their first initial?
The Process.
After a thorough sketching and brainstorming process, I designed three drop caps for my assigned partner, Claire, based on her main interest—the ocean.
The Solution.
I refined my favorite drop cap, thickening the waves and solidifying the letter. I then designed a poster, in which I described all the things I have learned about Claire's interests throughout the semester.
