Design Strategist, Booz Allen Hamilton, 2018-present

  • Leads multi-disciplinary teams through the human-centered design (HCD) process, conducting exploratory research, customer interviews and observations with over 900 relevant users, quantitative and quantitative research, synthesis and insight generation, artifact creation, ideation, and prototyping of over 40 testable prototypes

  • Leverages design and technology to measure human experiences for “messy,” complex client problems

  • Spearheads Booz Allen strategic initiatives and internal marketing in the areas of employee experience, HCD, and customer experience
